Account Manager

As our new Account Manager you are at the epicenter of all projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time at the highest quality. And that our clients receive the greatest possible value from their investment. Your key focus is to build collaborative relationships and effective communication with internal project teams and clients alike. Assure smooth process and high standard governance by providing the tools, training and team support needed to make this possible. Working with widely recognized and highly respected brands you will be responsible for the full life cycle of client projects from inception through to launch. Translating a brief into a detailed project scope, time planning, accurate budgeting and managing the project team effectively.

Qualification & Requirements

- Identify success criteria for each project, witch client agreement, to ensure we achieve that as a team.
- Write well-crafted project status reports and ensure they are submitted on time.
- Be proactive in forecasting and planning resource and people team requirements.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, both verbally and in writings.
- Work with team leaders to accurately estimate and agree scope of work.
- Track and report financial status of a project and highlight potential risks before they occur.
- Balance client demands with project realities and close all open issues in timely manner.

Qualities & Characteristics

- Experience delivering full life-cycle projects in a digital or marketing agency or consultancy environment.
- Experience or interest in digital experience and visual design projects.
- Accomplished communicator who gains the confidence of the business and trust of the clients.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Proven ability to work under pressure with a high degree of flexibility.
