Gökçen discovered her passion for design through small works she did as a student. This has led her on a new journey where she decided to attain a Master's degree in Visual Communication Design. By discovering more about herself, Gökçen became more confident in capabilities, which led to amazing opportunities. For her, one of the most important things is being a part of a place with a company culture that focuses on growth and constant learning.
As an engineer, she relies heavily on data-driven analysis to understand users’ behaviours and expectations in an effective way. “I’m most excited when I can use my both professions to create meaningful, helpful and functionally beautiful products with a user centered design approach in mind.”

• Gathered quantitative and qualitative data on beauty trends and consumer behaviors to understand the current situation in beauty market and visualize data to gain insight into different types of consumers.
• Analyzed consumer insights and assisted strategy team members with timely reports.
