We teamed up with the leading eye care retailer MAGRABi to design the first e-commerce platform of the brand. Dedicated for EMEA audience the website required shipping and checkout processes to match the needs of the region. On top of that the brand aimed to incorporate insurance flow seamlessly into the checkout process as a first of a kind feature to EMEA customers.

Our Approach

After thorough research and benchmarking of the possible services and experiences offered to eye-care customers online. We set up fast paced UX research and design sprints to increase the number of iterations during the project to help us better optimize the user flow and journey.

As an eye care website, clarity of all the offers and steps is a high priority. The design of the layout, visuals and the whole experience has been visualy and copy wise optimized to create an elegant yet easy-to-use professional eye care e-commerce platform.
